Fix-and-Flip Qualifications Checklist

  • Single-family, detached house
  • Either 3 or 4 bedrooms post-renovation
  • Minimum 1.75 bathrooms
  • Built after 1950
  • 1,200 – 3,000 square feet
  • Less than .5 acres of land
  • Not in a 55+ community
  • No solar panels (can be removed)
  • No properties with accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
  • No new construction (2018+)
  • ARV up to $410k (check locations for exceptions)
  • No septic in Phoenix and Kansas City
  • Parking must have at least 1 space in a carport or garage with the exception in Ohio
