Fix-and-Flip Qualifications Checklist

  • Single-family, detached house
  • Either 3 or 4 bedrooms post-renovation
  • Minimum 1.75 bathrooms
  • Built after 1950
  • 1,000 – 3,000 square feet
  • Less than .5 acres of land
  • Not in a 55+ community
  • No solar panels (can be removed)
  • No properties with accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
  • No new construction
  • ARV between $50k – $410k (check locations for exceptions)
