Fix-and-Flip Qualifications Checklist
- Single-family, detached house
- Either 3 or 4 bedrooms post-renovation
- Minimum 1.75 bathrooms
- Built after 1950
- 1,000 – 3,000 square feet
- Less than .5 acres of land
- Not in a 55+ community
- No solar panels (can be removed)
- No properties with accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
- No new construction
- ARV between $50k – $410k (check locations for exceptions)
