  • Maricopa County—ARV up to $460,000
  • Anthem, Queen Creek, and Tempe—ARV up to $500,000
  • Gilbert, Chandler, and Scottsdale—ARV up to $550,000

Broward, Charlotte, Clay, Duval, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lake Manatee, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Saint John, Sarasota, Seminole, and Volusia.


ARV exceptions:


  • ARV up to $500,000 - Miami (all counties)

Fix-and-Flip Qualifications Checklist

  • Single-family, detached house
  • Either 3 or 4 bedrooms post-renovation
  • Minimum 1.75 bathrooms
  • Built after 1950
  • 1,200 – 3,000 square feet
  • Less than .5 acres of land
  • Not in a 55+ community
  • No solar panels (can be removed)
  • No properties with accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
  • No new construction
  • No septic in Phoenix
  • Parking must have at least 1 space in a carport or garage
