How to Qualify a Property

To be eligible, your investment property must meet the following criteria:

Home Specs

  • Single-family, detached residence (no condos, townhomes, or mobile
    or manufactured homes)
  • 3 or 4 bedrooms post-renovation / 1.75 bath
  • Solar panels must be removed during renovation

Property Size

  • Between 1,200 and 3,000 square feet
  • Less than .5 acres

Additional details

  • Built after 1950
  • No 55+ communities
  • No new construction and no accessory dwelling units (ADUs)
  • No septic in Phoenix and Kansas City
  • At least 1 parking space in a carport or garage
  • ARV up to $410,000 for most locations
